8.9% - 11.9% typical. Interest only payments. Final terms based on the quality of the property, location, credit worthiness of the borrower, and size of the loan.
 
Origination Fees:
2 - 3 points on larger loans and A paper.
3 - 4 points on smaller loans or B paper.
$995 doc fee. Discounts for repeat clients.
 
Quick Funding:
5 - 7 business days typical to close. Faster for repeat clients.
 
Deposits Required:
